IMPORTANT: The status can change at any moment as applications can be submitted at any time. The table below is updated manually and may not include all applications submitted. Applicants can change their mind or they may not meet our qualifications, so please do not hesitate to apply for a property that already has an application pending or even back-up applications. If the property you originally apply for is rented to another applicant, your application will not be processed and your application fee will not be charged. You are not charged an application fee unless you are first in line for the property and your application is processed.
