Renters Insurance

RentPros requires all residents to have a Renters Insurance policy for liability; however, insurance is also strongly recommended for your possessions and other benefits.
RentPros requires the following:
1. Minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage.
2. RentPros and the landlord (name on your lease agreement) listed as “addition insured” or “interested party” at our office address 730 Sunrise Ave., #140, Roseville, CA 95661.
3. Coverage for dog(s) if applicable.
Many of our residents have found Lemonade insurance to be fast & easy to setup as well as a great value. RentPros is not an insurance broker and we cannot force our residents to use a specific provider as long as our requirements are met. Obtaining a policy from Lemonade insurance is only recommended based on feedback from our tenants.

Utility Services

Tenants are generally responsible for setting up accounts for at least gas and electric, but sometimes garbage or other utilities. The following link will help you setup the required utilities with the appropriate service providers as well as provide you with optional services such as TV and Internet.
